Surge Protective Device (OVP : Telecommunication Overvoltage Protector)

The Tefonix SPD (or called OVP, sidactor) is a device which protects telecommunication equipments in the overvoltage status. It’s with high repetitive surge capability, low capacitance and leakage current, and both surface-mount and axial lead packages provided.

The Tefonix SPD/OVP series are compatible with major brands in the market such as Teccor Sidactor, ST Trisil and Bourns TISP series, and all the models are RoHS compliant.
